"I reached out to support thinking they’d..."
I reached out to support thinking they’d be able to help me sort things out quickly, but it ended up being a really frustrating experience. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I kept having to explain the same problem over and over, and it felt like no one was really paying attention. I expected the support team to make things easier, but it just made the whole situation more stressful.

"Not really the professional shoot I expected??"
I booked through flytographer and left feeling confused?? The photographer showed up late, seemed rushed the whole time, and barely gave us any direction, so it just felt awkward instead of like a proper paid shoot. The photos turned out okay, but the overall experience didn’t really match the price. I don’t think I’d book again.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I paid $250 for a shoot in Chicago, i walked away feeling like the value just wasn’t there. Booking was easy enough, which I appreciated, and the location was convenient too. Funny enough, I grabbed coffee nearby afterward and liked that more than the actual photo experience, which probably says a lot.

The photos were fine, but not anything special. A few were decently framed, but most felt basic, and for the price I expected more direction, better editing, and just a more polished result overall. I ended up feeling like I could’ve gotten similar shots somewhere else for way less

"Wish They’d Been More Flexible"
It started raining badly, i thought, okay, surely they’ll let us reschedule. But nope, they still wouldn’t budge. I get that policies exist, but in my head I was just thinking, it’s the weather, not like we planned for this. Frustrating experience.

"In the end, the proposal photos just weren’t worth it"
In the end, I was disappointed with how the proposal photos turned out. The photographer showed up late, so everything felt rushed from the start, and the shots ended up feeling awkward and not very natural. It just didn’t really capture us or the moment the way I had hoped.

"Disappointing gallery and too many policy excuses"
I was really hoping to love the final gallery, but it was a letdown. The photos came later than expected, and when I finally got them, a lot were either blurry, awkward, or just average. For the price, I expected a lot better. What made it more frustrating was that when I brought it up, it felt like everything was brushed off with policy explanations instead of actually addressing the issue. Just not the experience I was hoping for.

"Photographer was late, but the photos were nice"
The photographer showed up late, i was annoyed because we ended up waiting way too long. At the same time, they were friendly once they arrived, and the pictures turned out better than I expected. So I’m kind of torn, the experience was frustrating, but the final results weren’t bad...

"I really wanted to make it work..."
I really wanted to make it work, but the photo packages gave me mixed signals. Some options felt way too short, and the ones that actually seemed useful got expensive really fast. There didn’t seem to be a reasonable middle option, and adding a little extra time made the price jump more than I expected. I went back and forth on it, but in the end I just didn’t book.

"Not worth it honestly"
The photographer showed up late and then everything felt super rushed... we didn’t really get time to relax or get comfortable. The photos came out flat and awkward, definitely not what we thought we were paying for. I reached out to support too but they just sent these copy paste replies, didn’t feel helpful at all.

"Special occasion booking felt stressful"
I booked Flytographer for our anniversary in Paris, and umm, it just didn’t really feel like they treated it like an important day.

The replies were slow, and there was some confusion around the schedule that made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. We were trying to enjoy the trip and the moment, but I kept feeling like I had to follow up and double-check everything.

I probably wouldn’t use them again for something really special unless every single detail was confirmed clearly upfront. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth experience I was hoping for

"And rescheduling was way too stressful"
trying to reschedule my shoot ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. The steps weren’t very clear, responses felt slow, and I kept stressing that I might lose my booking. Since this was tied to my travel dates, I really expected the process to be smoother. It just wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Didn’t get much help with posing"
The photographer was really nice, but... we barely got any guidance on how to pose. We felt awkward through most of the shoot, it kind of showed in the photos. For what we paid, I just don’t think it was really worth it.

"Honestly, disappointing"
I really wasn’t happy with it, to be honest. It felt overpriced, and the whole experience ended up being more stressful than fun. For what I paid, I just expected a lot better.

"Something felt off for a Lisbon shoot"
I booked this in Lisbon hoping they’d know some good local spots, but something felt off from the start. Most of the locations felt touristy, and they didn’t seem very confident about the lighting either. As someone who lives here, I was a bit disappointed.

"Felt awkward and kind of hit or miss"
I booked Flytographer thinking it would be a fun, relaxed way to get some nice photos, but it just felt awkward the whole time. The photographer didn’t really give us much direction or help us loosen up, so we were mostly standing around not knowing what to do. It also felt rushed, like we were bothering them by being there. The whole thing kind of gave me “works when it wants to” vibes, maybe it’s great if you get the right photographer, but for us it just didn’t come together. Not really the fun experience I was hoping for

I wasn’t happy with how the photos turned out. Most of them were blurry, and the editing looked really strange to me. It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting, and I feel like at the very least, an apology would be appreciated.

"I couldn’t really use this because the destination..."
I couldn’t really use this because the destination options were way too limited for my trip. I tried searching the city I actually needed, plus a couple nearby areas (just in case), but nothing came up that worked. I ended up not booking at all. It might be fine if you’re going to a major tourist spot, but for where I was headed, it was useless

"Photographer match didn’t feel right"
I wasn’t really happy with the photographer I was matched with. The style just felt a bit off from what I was looking for, and the overall fit didn’t feel as strong as what I’ve experienced with a couple of other services before. The process was fine, but the match itself didn’t give me much confidence
